In the audio example you can hear the sounds created by Time Piece in Graz.
This electroacoustic installation is placed on the roof of the Kunsthaus Graz museum. 5 minutes before each hour, a sound is being emitted via a speaker array, building up into a crescendo and abruptly stopping at the full hour. It is conceived in that way by the sound artist, so it builds into the traffic noise at the site and makes a passer-by realise something was happening only the moment it’s gone. It operates between 8.50AM and 10PM.
